Standard duvet
The standard duvet is mande in standard widths of
3 and 4 metres but can be made customised to measure.
All threads are of heat resistant keveler material.
Standard is model-220 for 220°C
Model-170 for 170°C as option
The standard type has 120 g/m2 insulation
240 g/m2 and 360 g/m2 available as option
Roll-on duvet
The "Roll-On" type is designed to measure to be placed on top
of the truck body sides. It has reinforces edges and sides and casing for a tube.
Dimension of "Roll-On" type should be specified as outside truck body measure. Standard Roll-On type is for 220°C
Specification for both types
Film: 100% polyester fabric coated with polyuerthane
Instulation: 120 g/m2 polyester fibre resistant to high temperatures
Surface: Coating prevents the bitumen sticking to the duvet
Weight: 250-600 gr. pr. m2
Colours: Gray & silver
Option for both types: 13 mm or 25 mm (inside diameter) metal eyelets
